I just opened champagne, and the cork didn't pop?
Is the champagne still safe to drink? It has no carbonation or whatever and could have had oxygen to the liquid for quite some time for all I know. The cork was damaged and broke, but still covered the bottle top. There was no pressure at all when I removed it.I would rather not drink it if it is unsafe. Thoughts?

What brand of liquor is Gordon Gecco drinking in Wall Street 2 (green bottle with cork top) gin, scotch, brand?
In the movie wall street 2 money never sleeps, Gecco is always in his apartment refilling his glass from a green bottle with what looks like maybe some gold writing on it and the top of the bottle is a cork, not a screw on cap. The liquor looks like it has a yellowish tint to it in the glass. Does anybody know if that is scotch, gin, etc? Also what brand? It's just bugging me. Thanks.

On the bottom of the bottle is etchedR 575 5 etched ancor and the 61 Federal Law forbids reuse of thisat the very bottom is an etched 1The decanter has been around for years. My grandmother put buttons in it. It has beautiful etching design on the front & back The stopper is glass and etched with Verticale ridges. Both sides of the decanter is etched with horizontal ridges. It is a beautiful item and I would love to know if it has any monetary value or just intrinsic value.I did not appreciate the answer I received from Killyour. It was not productive and it was insulting.
